A graduate of Oxford University, Mr Thomas is a retired barrister who previously practised in London and on the Wales and Chester Circuit. He is responsible for overseeing the management of Y Garreg Lwyd.</p> <h2 id="registered-manager">Registered Manager</h2> <p>The Registered Manager is Mrs Judith Scott.</p> <p>Mrs Scott is responsible for ensuring that the day to day needs of all the residents at the home are met. Mrs Scott has a very outgoing and relaxed personality and makes everyone feel welcome and part of the family. She manages the Home and helps with the care of the residents. She also ensures compliance with relevant policies and procedures.</p>
